Meet Mindy DeLano
Mindy DeLano created Social Agent Influence after confronting the same visibility questions many real estate agents face: why are some professionals easier for Google, AI tools, and prospective clients to find and understand than others?
As a working real estate agent, she began studying how business information, professional profiles, local relevance, and online credibility connect. That work became personal when relocation buyers from out of state told her directly that ChatGPT was how they found her. Social Agent Influence grew from that firsthand experience—a practical learning project designed to help agents strengthen their online presence in a clearer, more manageable order.
“Clarity first. Consistency next. Trust grows from there.”
